The Service Cycle Journey Process:


We perform this process to define a new project or a new phase of an existing project, by obtaining authorization from the stakeholders in order to start the project or the phase.


We perform this process to establish the total scope of the effort, define the objectives and refine them, and develop the course of actions required to accomplish these objectives.


This process performed to complete the work defined in the Project Management Plan, set, discussed and agreed on by all involved parties (owners, Project Managers) to meet and satisfy the project objectives

Monitoring and Controlling

We do track, review and control the progress and performance of the project, identify any areas in which changes to the plan are required, and do these corresponding changes.


Completing all the project’s activities, both production and project management, to formally close the project and start operating it.

After Operating

We perform this process after the Project has started running by the Operating Company. On this stage we provide all kinds of services to maintain smooth operating and give the continuous support and guidance where needed.
